Privacy Notice
Maison Homme ("we") respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). By booking with us, submitting our forms or using our website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your data as described below.
What we collect
Contact details: name, email and phone number when you book.
Onboarding details: date of birth, skin type, health screening answers and treatment preferences.
Treatment records: session notes and progress photos, taken only with your consent.
Payment details: invoices and payment status. Any card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and card details are never stored by us.
Website data: pages visited, device and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
To confirm, remind you of and manage your appointments, including via WhatsApp and email.
To assess suitability and deliver safe, personalised treatments.
To track your progress across sessions.
To process payments and issue invoices.
To improve our services, website and advertising.
To send updates, promotions and birthday rewards, if you've opted in.
We only use your data for these purposes, or as required or permitted by law. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our bookings, forms, records, payments, messaging and website analytics, including Cal.com, Tally, Notion, Stripe, Google, Meta and Microsoft. Some of them store data outside Singapore, and we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
Progress photos
Photos are stored securely with 256-bit encryption under a client ID, not your name, number or email. They are only shown to prospective clients in-studio, or used on our website and social media, if you've separately opted in.
Website cookies
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage and ad performance.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, then securely delete it.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time, though this may mean we can no longer provide treatments. Withdrawal does not affect data already processed or records we must keep by law.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
